Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Grovo Chrome extension ("Grovo", "the Extension", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Who you are buying from
Grovo is made and sold by FabMags LLC, 1521 Primrose Place, Haslet, TX 76052, United States. These are the product terms for Grovo. They add to the FabMags LLC Terms of Service, which cover every product FabMags LLC sells, including payments, billing disputes and liability. Where the two disagree about Grovo, these product terms apply.
Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your card statement as FABMAGSLLC.COM GROVO. Billing help explains every charge.
Description of service
Grovo is a Chrome browser extension that automates posting to Facebook groups. It allows users to create posts, organize groups into lists, and publish content to multiple groups with a single action.
Account registration
You must provide a valid email address to use Grovo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One subscription is valid for one device at a time.
Free and paid plans
- Free plan: Includes up to 3 posting sessions. No credit card required.
- Pro plan: Unlimited posting sessions, scheduling, and priority support. Billed monthly ($14.99/month) or yearly ($149/year).
Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the extension's profile menu or by contacting support.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use Grovo in compliance with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
- Not use Grovo for spam, harassment, or posting illegal content
- Not attempt to bypass usage limits or licensing restrictions
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
- Not share your account with others or use it on multiple devices simultaneously
Facebook compliance
Grovo is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta/Facebook. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for complying with Facebook's rules. Grovo includes built-in delays between posts to reduce the risk of account restrictions, but cannot guarantee immunity from Facebook's enforcement actions.
Intellectual property
Grovo, its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of FabMags LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes.
Limitation of liability
Grovo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Facebook account restrictions or bans resulting from your use of the Extension
- Loss of data, posts, or content
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with Grovo Pro, contact support@grovo.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by signing out of the extension or contacting support.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Texas have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections you have under the laws of the country you live in.
